Saudi Arabia-based Al Arabiya channel has revealed the terms of the agreement between the US and Iran:
— Immediate and permanent cessation of hostilities on all fronts, including Lebanon.
— The US to immediately lift the naval blockade on Iran and refrain from any future "intervention."
— The US to withdraw all its forces from the region within one month after the final agreement.
— Iran to lift the blockade in the Strait of Hormuz within one month.
— The US and "regional partners" to commit to a reconstruction plan for Iran with at least $300 billion in funding.
— The US to lift all existing sanctions, including UN/IAEA resolutions, upon implementation of the final agreement.
— Iran to commit to never producing nuclear weapons; the issue of enriched uranium to be resolved in the final agreement; until then, the US to allow the current status quo of Iran's nuclear program.
— The US to approve Iran's crude oil exports (including banking, insurance, and shipping) and release all frozen Iranian funds.
