CHP Şanlıurfa Deputy Mahmut Tanal has started to set up a tent and keep vigil in front of the Ministry of Justice for the arrested students. However, the police intervened in Tanal's tent action. While the tent he set up was removed from the sidewalk in front of the ministry, the law books he brought with him were also taken away.

Sosyal medya hesabından yaptığı açıklamada bu akşamdan yarın sabaha kadar Atatürk Bulvarı'ndaki Bakanlık önünde çadır kurup nöbete başladığını açıklayan Tanal, "Haksız yere tutuklanan gençler ve öğrenciler için özgürlük ve adalet nöbetindeyim" ifadelerini kullandı.
POLICE INTERVENED
However, Tanal's tent protest was intervened by police teams. The police removed the tent that Tanal had set up from the sidewalk in front of the ministry. The Turkish Penal Code and law books that Tanal brought with him were also taken from him.
"I WILL NOT BE HUNGRY, I WILL NOT BE COLD, I WILL NOT BE TIRED"
Tanal, in a statement after the police intervention, said, "They pulled down my tent here. They are asking me if I am setting up a camp. The lawlessness in the country is overwhelming. I will not be hungry, I will not be cold, I will not be tired. I will stay here until morning," he said.
