LAWSUIT FILES CONSOLIDATED

The lawsuits of Lütfü Savaş and some delegates were consolidated with the lawsuit filed by İzmir delegate Hatip Karaaslan at the Ankara 42nd Civil Court of First Instance. The court decided that the first hearing of the case would be held on April 17. While CHP submitted its response to the allegations to the court, it was noted in the petition that, according to legal regulations, lawsuits could be filed against congress decisions within three months from the date of the congress. CHP also argued that the allegations regarding delegates being paid to vote were "slander based on hearsay" in its defense.
