CHP Spokesperson Müslim Sarı, who announced that the party memberships of 9 individuals close to Özgür Özel have been suspended and referred to disciplinary proceedings with a request for expulsion, gave a highly controversial response to the question, "Was an assessment made regarding Özgür Özel?" Sarı stated that evaluations regarding Özel would be made in the coming period.
CHP Spokesperson Müslim Sarı announced that the party memberships of 9 individuals close to Özgür Özel have been suspended and they have been referred to the disciplinary committee for definitive expulsion. Sarı stated that the internal party process is ongoing.
"ÖZGÜR ÖZEL'S SITUATION WILL BE EVALUATED LATER"
When asked whether any evaluation had been made regarding Özgür Özel, Sarı said no decision has been made on this matter yet. Sarı indicated that evaluations concerning Özel will be conducted in the coming period.
The names requested for expulsion from CHP are as follows:
"Sarı, Ensar Aytekin, Ali Mahir Başarır, Gökhan Günaydın, Nurhayat Altaca Kayışoğlu, Özgür Karabat, Umut Akdoğan, Veli Ağbaba, Turan Taşkın Özer, and Burhanettin Bulut."
