The construction of two football fields that meet UEFA criteria has begun in Mardin. One of the fields being built in the Hamzabey area of the central Artuklu district will have natural grass, while the other will have a synthetic surface.
Two football fields that meet UEFA criteria are being constructed in Mardin in collaboration with the Governorship and the Metropolitan Municipality.
ONE NATURAL GRASS, THE OTHER SYNTHETIC
According to a statement from the Metropolitan Municipality, the Governorship and the Metropolitan Municipality are continuing their efforts to strengthen the sports infrastructure for young people and to support professional and amateur football clubs. In this context, one of the fields being constructed in the Hamzabey area of the central Artuklu district will have a natural grass surface, while the other will have a synthetic surface.
TO BE BUILT ACCORDING TO UEFA CRITERIA
The fields, which will be built to international standards and in accordance with UEFA criteria, will allow young people to engage in sports in modern, safe, and healthy environments. The fields, equipped with modern infrastructure, will be constructed to host not only amateur and professional athletes but also tournaments and events.
