HOW TO EAT AT IFTAR?

Experts emphasize the importance of balanced and controlled nutrition to maintain health during iftar in Ramadan. After a day of fasting, it is recommended to break the fast with dates and water, followed by a light soup to prepare the stomach. For the main meal, grilled, boiled, or baked meat and vegetable dishes should be preferred instead of fried and excessively oily foods. Paying attention to portion control, avoiding fast eating, and consuming enough water between iftar and sahur also helps prevent digestive issues.
