The 6th International Chocolate Cup (CHOKOLATE CUP 2025), organized by the Eurasian Gastronomy and Chefs Federation, will open its doors on December 20-21 in Ümraniye. Hosted by the Ümraniye Municipality, the event will bring together local and international gastronomy professionals in Istanbul.
One of Turkey's significant gatherings in the field of gastronomy, CHOKOLATE CUP 2025, is being held for the 6th time this year. The event, organized by the Eurasian Gastronomy and Chefs Federation (AGAF) and sponsored by the Ümraniye Municipality, will take place at the Ümraniye Municipality Exhibition and Fair Area.
Industry Professionals Compete in Sweet Rivalry
During the two-day event, renowned chefs, industry representatives, academics, and gastronomy students will showcase their talents. While the organization aims to create new collaborations for companies and suppliers operating in the chocolate sector, it will also offer visitors an international gastronomy experience.

The host of the event, Ümraniye Mayor İsmet Yıldırım, emphasized the importance of the organization for the district. Yıldırım stated, "We are happy to host such a prestigious and international organization in our Ümraniye. The President of the Eurasian Gastronomy and Chefs Federation, Ahmet Karaman, emphasized the scope of the event. Stating that CHOKOLATE CUP 2025 is not just a competition, Karaman expressed that the organization serves as an international cultural gathering and will create a strong interaction environment in the sector.
