FEMALE GANG LEADER'S HUSBAND REPORTED THE NETWORK
The Istanbul Anadolu Chief Public Prosecutor's Office Terror and Organized Crimes Investigation Bureau launched an investigation following a tip-off made through CİMER. The tip stated that a gang was directing women abroad to sell their eggs for money.
According to the allegation, the husband of the woman who was the gang leader suspected her situation and applied to CİMER. The operation process also began after this tip-off.
In work carried out by the Istanbul Police Department's Migrant Smuggling and Border Gates Branch Directorate, findings were reached that illegal reproductive cell trade linked to Turkey, the TRNC, Albania and Georgia was being carried out in an organized manner.

FEE NEGOTIATIONS WERE HELD ACCORDING TO COUNTRY
Audio recordings in the investigation file also included negotiations over the fees to be paid to donor candidates. It was stated that after one donor candidate said she had received an offer of 2,000 euros from another contact, Hacer T. said, "I constantly send girls," and argued that it was not possible to make payments at that level in Cyprus.
It was recorded that Hacer T. used the expressions, "Georgia, America pays more, 3,500," regarding the fees in different countries. In the same conversation, it was learned that the donor candidate stated she had colored eyes, had 0 Rh negative blood type, and that an average of 50 eggs could be obtained at one time, and asked for the fee to be increased.
ASKED FOR COMMISSION IN RETURN FOR DIRECTING DONORS
In messages included in the investigation file, it also emerged that people who directed donor candidates requested commissions. It was learned that a woman stated she had previously directed a donor candidate to Hacer T., said she was in financial difficulty, and asked for the payment to be made the same day.
In the woman's message, she was seen to use the expressions, "I had sent you a girl, you were going to give me a commission for that; I'm a little short on money, is there any chance you can send it today?"
In a separate group conversation, it was determined that another person stated she would continue directing new donor candidates if the payment she received was high. It was established that the person in question sent the message, "Exactly, if I get good payment, I'll continue too, and I'll pass on girls."
FEMALE LEADER WHO CONFESSED TOLD EVERYTHING
In Hacer T.'s statement, it was alleged that the organization extended to different countries besides Cyprus, Georgia and Albania. Hacer T. stated that Emine Ç., who first directed her to this business, had been doing this work for about 12 years, and claimed that female donors were sent to countries such as Cyprus, Georgia, Albania, Lebanon, the United Arab Emirates and Kosovo.
"I MAKE MY LIVING WITH THE MONEY I GET FROM DONATING"
In her statement, Hacer T. explained that she entered working life at an early age and supported herself both with the salary she received from the company where she worked and with the income she obtained from donating. It was learned that in Hacer T.'s statement, she said, "I had to deal with everything on my own; I make my living with the monthly salary I receive from the company I worked for and the money I get from donating."

It emerged that people who wanted to have children made requests such as "blonde hair, blue eyes," while network members responded to these requests with "we'll find them right away." It was also alleged that there was a money flow of approximately 2 million euros among organization members.
