Commerzbank has updated its price forecasts for gold, silver, and platinum. The bank has revised its expectation for gold to $3,800 per ounce, for silver to $43, and for platinum to $1,400.
Germany's leading banks, Commerzbank, has revised its price forecasts for precious metals upwards. The bank has raised its expectations for gold and silver while also predicting an increase in platinum.
GOLD TARGET AT 3,800 DOLLARS
According to the report published by Commerzbank, the expectation for the price of gold per ounce at the end of 2025 has been raised from 3,600 dollars to 3,800 dollars. Thus, the bank's year-end forecast has been updated upwards.
43 DOLLAR FORECAST FOR SILVER
Another notable revision among precious metals was made for silver. The bank has increased its year-end forecast for the price of silver per ounce from 41 dollars to 43 dollars.
EXPECTATION OF RISE IN PLATINUM AS WELL
In the Commerzbank report, an upward revision was also made for platinum. The price forecast for the end of 2025 has been revised from 1,350 dollars to 1,400 dollars.
