According to a statement from the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, Ayhan Bora Kaplan, who was already detained for other crimes, has been arrested for the second time by the Ankara 32nd Heavy Criminal Court on charges of 'leading an armed organization established for the purpose of committing crimes', 'intentional injury', 'deprivation of liberty', 'robbery', and 'intentional homicide'.

EXTRADITED TO TURKEY AND ARRESTED

Sertçelik, who was wanted with a red notice, was extradited from Hungary to Turkey on January 31. After processing by the gendarmerie, Sertçelik was brought to the Ankara Courthouse, where he was arrested by the Ankara 8th Peace Criminal Court and sent to prison after his statement to the prosecutor.
