Destici's strong reaction to the "DEM-Imralı" meeting: End the process before it starts.

The General Chairman of the Great Unity Party (BBP), Mustafa Destici, reacted strongly to the developments that emerged after the meetings held with the leader of the terrorist organization PKK in İmralı, in a statement made through his social media account. Destici stated that the statements made by the Democratic Action Party (DEM) following the İmralı meetings clearly revealed that the terrorist leader made a series of demands in exchange for laying down arms.

Here is Destici's statement regarding the issue;

"The statement made after the visit of DEM, the political extension of the PKK, to the terrorist leader in İmralı and their expression that they will visit political parties afterwards shows that the İmralı monster has made a series of demands and set conditions for the call to lay down arms."

"THIS PROCESS MUST BE ENDED BEFORE IT STARTS"

First of all, this means a new bargaining process and is absolutely unacceptable. This has once again revealed that their intentions are not sincere and that they have not abandoned separatism. The arrogance of some columnists, who take the matter further by saying, 'Since those in Sednaya Prison have been released, those in Silivri and Edirne should also be released,' is a sign of where the issue could evolve. For this reason, this process must be ended before it starts, and legitimacy must not be granted to terrorism, terrorists, and their extensions.

"A NEW SOLUTION PROCESS..."

Despite the unlimited support it receives from global imperialist powers and the countless mistakes made by Turkey regarding the fight against terrorism, the PKK is on its last breath after more than 40 years of betrayal. A new 'Solution Process' would extend the life of the terrorist organization, undermine the fight against terrorism, and harm the fighting will of our security forces and the local population loyal to the state.

"IT MUST BE STATED THAT THEY CANNOT EVEN REMOVE A NAIL"

The Republic of Turkey has the power and the words to say to everyone. The Republic of Turkey will make it clear that the PKK cannot even remove a nail from the Republic of Turkey, that those who rebel will have their heads cut off; to the USA, that it will not allow the establishment of a terrorist state at our borders, and that it is impossible for it to carry out an operation targeting the integrity of Turkey; that if it does not abandon using terrorism as a method for this purpose, it will pay the price; to Iraq and Syria, that if they do not fight against the PKK elements within their borders, the Turkish Armed Forces will eliminate those terrorist remnants; and that it will apply the law to the terrorist elements among us."
