Applications for the Farmer Registration System (ÇKS) for the 2027 production season, which are of close interest to farmers, started today. Farmers with existing registrations and no changes in their land information can complete their transactions via e-Government or the Tarım Cebimde application. Producers registering for the first time or with changes in their land information will submit their files to the Chamber of Agriculture Presidencies. Applications will end on December 31st.
The application process for the 2027 production season Farmer Registration System, which closely concerns farmers across Turkey, started on September 1, 2026. Producers who wish to benefit from agricultural supports and projects carried out by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry must complete their FRS registrations within the specified period.
CAN BE DONE VIA E-GOVERNMENT
Farmers who had an FRS registration in the 2026 production year and will not make any changes to their ownership information such as land, title deed, or lease agreements can carry out their registration renewal procedures through the e-Government Gateway.
Producers can also complete their registration renewal procedures by using the 'Agriculture in My Pocket' mobile application.
Among the services offered by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry on e-Government, there is a 'Farmer Registration System Registration Renewal Application' screen.
ATTENTION FOR FIRST-TIME REGISTRANTS
In the announcement dated August 31 by the Ankara Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry, an important detail was highlighted for producers who will register for FRS for the first time or who have a previous registration but have changes in their lands.
It was stated that producers with changes such as new title deed transfers or new lease agreements must personally deliver their physical files to the Chamber of Agriculture presidencies.

Applications for the 2027 production year FRS will be accepted between September 1 and December 31, 2026. Producers need to complete their FRS registrations within the period in order to benefit from agricultural supports and related ministry projects.
WHAT IS FRS?
The Farmer Registration System is used as a system that enables the registration of producers' agricultural activities. Within the scope of FRS, in addition to registration renewal via e-Government, procedures such as querying the FRS certificate, document verification, and product change application can also be carried out.
