In a traffic dispute in Sultanbeyli, Istanbul, an individual got out of his car, stuck to the window of the driver he was arguing with, and stuck out his tongue. Unable to contain himself, the thug then pulled down his pants in the middle of the street in broad daylight and exposed his genitals. Bringing his face close to the car's closed window, the man began to provoke and harass the person across by hitting the window with an angry expression and sticking out his tongue.

After his strange actions next to the car, the man turned toward his own vehicle and performed his truly shocking act seconds later. Standing in the middle of the street, where traffic was flowing and civilians were present, the hooligan turned to the driver he was arguing with, pulled down his pants, and exposed his genitals. This scandalous act, exhibited in broad daylight, was recorded moment by moment on camera.
