The Kinef Refinery, Russia's second-largest facility by oil processing volume, is located in the Kirishi industrial zone.
The facility, which has an annual capacity to process 20 million tons of oil, accounts for approximately 7 percent of Russia's oil processing volume.
In early May, a fire also broke out at the refinery following a drone attack, and operations were temporarily suspended.
