CHINA DOES NOT REMAIN SILENT TOWARD THE US

As relations between the Beijing and Washington administrations have become strained due to the sanctions imposed by the US, China has responded to these steps.

DRONE EXPORTS TO THE US BANNED, SANCTIONS ON 6 COMPANIES

In a written statement from China's Ministry of Commerce, it was reported that in response to the US banning the import of Chinese drones and imposing sanctions on 43 Chinese companies, sanctions have been imposed on 6 American companies and drone exports to that country have also been banned.

THE US SANCTIONS

The United States had imposed an import ban on products from 43 Chinese companies on the grounds that they were involved in forced labor practices against Muslim minorities in China's Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region.

While the Washington administration announced that it took this step to prevent products linked to human rights violations from entering the US market, the Beijing administration condemned the decision, describing it as "economic bullying."
