Emel Müftüoğlu: I partially accept Rabia Karaca's accusation of "gambling."

The statement of singer Emel Müftüoğlu, who was detained and later released as part of a drug investigation conducted in Istanbul, has emerged. Müftüoğlu said, "I partially accept the statement made by Rabia Karaca, which states, 'Murat Gülibrahimoğlu and Emel are close friends. I have witnessed Murat giving Emel money for gambling many times. Secret gambling takes place in the restaurant located in Riva in the evenings. Emel Müftüoğlu sets up a table and facilitates gambling.'"

In Istanbul, the statements of the suspects Oktay Kaynarca and Emel Müftüoğlu, who are subject to judicial control measures within the scope of a drug investigation, have been obtained.

HERE IS EMEL MÜFTÜOĞLU'S STATEMENT TO THE PROSECUTOR

In the investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office's Smuggling, Narcotics, and Economic Crimes Investigation Bureau, the suspect Emel Müftüoğlu, who was released under judicial control measures in the form of a "travel ban," stated in her testimony that she did not use drugs and mentioned that she knew Fatih Keleş, Tuncay Yılmaz, and Hüseyin Köksal, who are defendants in the "Imamoğlu organized crime group" case along with Gülibrahimoğlu.

"I PARTIALLY ACCEPT THE GAMBLING ACCUSATION"

Müftüoğlu stated the following in her testimony: "I go to Cyprus twice a year with a person named Hüseyin Köksal (only in December). I did not receive cash from him. I did not facilitate prostitution crimes. I partially accept the statement made by Rabia Karaca that 'Murat Gülibrahimoğlu and Emel are close friends. I have witnessed that Murat has given gambling money to Emel many times. Gambling is secretly played in the restaurant in Riva. Emel Müftüoğlu sets up a table and runs gambling.'
