Projects to be implemented in Istanbul, Yozgat, and Zonguldak have led to the decision for the urgent expropriation of certain properties. Three separate Presidential Decrees were also published in the Official Gazette.
With three separate Presidential Decisions published in the Official Gazette, it has been decided to urgently expropriate certain properties within the scope of projects to be implemented in three provinces.
ISTANBUL
Accordingly, the properties subject to private ownership located within the boundaries of Baklalı Neighborhood in the Arnavutköy district of Istanbul will be urgently expropriated by the Housing Development Administration to construct social housing under the "100 Thousand Social Housing Project" and to ensure the supply of natural gas in the residences.
YOZGAT
In Yozgat, it has been decided to urgently expropriate the property with parcel number 2 of block 112 located within the boundaries of Yurtbekler village to be registered in the name of the Treasury by the Energy Market Regulatory Authority for the purpose of constructing the Posof–İçesi Natural Gas Pipeline Project.
ZONGULDAK
For the RMS-A natural gas distribution facility to be established in the Ereğli district of Zonguldak, it has been decided to urgently expropriate the property with parcel number 10 of block 101 located within the boundaries of Başören village to be registered in the name of the Treasury by the Energy Market Regulatory Authority.
