The Hayat Makkah project has been agreed upon for sale to Turkish and international investors.
Emlak Konut GYO opened its Makkah and Jeddah sales offices as part of the Hayat Makkah Project, realized in collaboration with the Saudi National Housing Company (NHC). Within the scope of the contacts made by Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum in Riyadh on July 8, an agreement was reached to allow the sale of 25 percent of the Hayat Makkah Project to international investors, primarily our country. Emlak Konut GYO General Manager Yasir Yılmaz stated that they aim to expand the cooperation that started with Hayat Makkah through new projects, especially in Riyadh, Medina, and Jeddah. Deputy Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Ömer Bulut also stated that the memorandum signed in Riyadh creates a strong and institutional cooperation ground for joint projects to be developed between the two countries.
