President Erdoğan made important statements after performing the Eid al-Adha prayer at the Çamlıca Mosque.
"EID AL-ADHA IS A FESTIVAL OF SUBMISSION"
Highlights from President Erdoğan's speech are as follows: "Festivals are days of love, respect, unity, and solidarity. Eid al-Adha is one of them. Eid al-Adha is a festival of submission. In this submission, we see the submission between father and child.
"WE SAW SUBMISSION AND UNITY IN ARAFAT"
Along with this submission, we see the sacrifice. Sacrifice is a closeness. All Muslims came together in Arafat. There we saw this closeness, submission, unity, and solidarity. Now pilgrimages and returns are beginning. May Allah accept the pilgrimage of all our brothers and sisters who have gone to Hajj. May our Lord grant this unity to all Muslims.
