Within the scope of appointment decisions published in the Official Gazette with the signature of President Erdoğan, new rectors were appointed to 8 universities. The appointments were carried out in accordance with the provisions of Higher Education Law No. 2547 and Presidential Decree No. 3.
The rectors of 8 universities changed following the appointment decisions published with the signature of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. According to the decisions published in the Official Gazette, new rectors were appointed to universities in different cities.
NEW RECTOR FOR 8 UNIVERSITIES
According to the appointment decisions, Prof. Dr. Gulcin Yahya Kacar was appointed as the Rector of Ankara Music and Fine Arts University, Prof. Dr. Gul Rengin Kucukerdogan as the Rector of Hasan Kalyoncu University, Prof. Dr. Feriha Erfan Kuyumcu as the Rector of Istanbul Gedik University, and Prof. Dr. Emre Alkin as the Rector of Istanbul Topkapi University.
Within the scope of the decisions, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kesik was appointed as the Rector of Mudanya University, Prof. Dr. Guner Dagli as the Rector of Sanko University, Prof. Dr. Cemal Yildiz as the Rector of Turkish-German University, and Prof. Dr. Mehmet Bahcekapili as the Rector of Yalova University.
