Italy's FTSE MIB performs worst, falling 0.86%
European stock markets closed mixed on Monday.
The STOXX Europe 600, which includes around 90% of the market capitalization of the European market in 17 countries, rose 2.16 points, or 0.52%, to close at 415.09.
The UK's FTSE was the best performer of the day, up 49 points, or 0.69%, to finish at 7,258.
Germany's DAX 30 added almost 68 points, or 0.52%, to 13,186.
France's CAC 40, on the other hand, lost 26 points, or 0.43%, to 6,047.
Italy's FTSE MIB was the worst performer of the day, down 190 points, or 0.86%, to end the day at 21,928.
Spain's IBEX 35 lost 1.5 points, or 0.02%, to close almost flat at 8,242. -
