7 SUSPECTS ARRESTED RELATED TO THE INCIDENT
The suspects whose statements were completed at the prosecutor's office, Aleyna Kalaycıoğlu, İzzet Yıldızhan, Alaattin Kadayıfçıoğlu, M.R., H.C.A., M.K., E.T., were arrested by the peace criminal court to which they were referred with a request for arrest and sent to prison.

On the other hand, the murder suspect Alaattin Kadayıfçıoğlu defended himself in his statement at the police, saying, "During the struggle, the gun suddenly went off, I definitely did not fire the gun. I was shocked when the gun went off. I didn't even realize if my gun went off or if another gun went off. In the shock of the incident, I wanted to leave there as soon as possible. Due to the shock I was in, I thought I couldn't use my own vehicle, so I switched to another vehicle instead of the one I came in."

However, the audio recordings published by Emrullah Erdinç contradicted Kadayıfçıoğlu's statement of "we struggled." The recordings revealed that Alaattin Kadayıfçıoğlu opened fire within 4 seconds of approaching the vehicle and that no struggle occurred.
