In Bayrampaşa, Istanbul, Ekrem Girgin shot and killed his daughter’s estranged husband, Arbin Timur, before committing suicide.

Today at around 11:00 AM in Bayrampaşa, Istanbul, an incident occurred at the Bayrampaşa Mega Center. According to allegations, Arbin Timur and his wife M.T. were in the process of divorce due to Timur's unemployment. M.T.'s father, Ekrem Girgin, took his son-in-law into his own business, and they started working together. After a while, a dispute broke out between Girgin and his son-in-law Timur.

HE COMMITTED SUICIDE WITH THE SAME GUN

As the argument escalated, Girgin shot Arbin Timur and then committed suicide. Police teams were dispatched to the scene upon notification. The investigation by the teams is ongoing.
