In Beşiktaş, President Serdal Adalı made statements regarding the agenda at the 3rd Ordinary Divan Board Meeting for the year 2025, held at the Beltaş Akatlar Mustafa Kemal Center Atilla İlhan Hall.
FAREWELL TO TWO PLAYERS FROM SERDAL ADALI
Serdal Adalı made a statement regarding team captains Necip Uysal and Mert Günok, who will not be part of the football planning for the upcoming period, in line with the report of the technical staff and the board of directors.
"I THANK NECİP UYSAL AND MERT GÜNOK FOR THEIR EFFORTS"
Wishing the decision to be beneficial for the community, Serdal Adalı stated, "With the report of our technical staff and the approval of our board of directors, it has been communicated to our professional footballers Necip Uysal and Mert Günok that they will not be part of our new period planning, and both players have been asked to find clubs for themselves. I thank both players for their efforts."
TRANSFER STATEMENTS
Speaking about new transfers to the team, Adalı said, "I thank Sergen Yalçın and the technical team for their intense efforts. While our playing strength is at this level, converting missed opportunities into scores is just a matter of time. The score is temporary; strong gameplay is permanent. This performance allows us to expect a series of victories in the second half. There is an upward trend in the team. We want to elevate this trend with transfers. Due to TFF limits, we acquired young players like Arroyo and Elan Ricardo. One was sold for 8 million euros, and the other was loaned out. Economic input was provided. These players did not fit us. We earned a total of 9 million euros. Beşiktaş's transfer strategy is to include pinpoint names that can play directly in our starting eleven and immediately strengthen the team without compromising financial discipline."
