In the investigation into the suspicious death of the famous artist Güllü, her daughter Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter and her friend Sultan Nur Ulu, who were arrested on charges of "intentional murder," tested negative for drugs at the Forensic Medicine Institute. The claim that Gülter was under the influence of drugs on the day of the incident has been widely discussed, and her brother Tuğberk Yağız Gülter also stated in his testimony that she might have been under the influence of substances.
The investigation into the suspicious death of the powerful voice of Arabesque music, Güllü, who fell from the window of her house in Yalova Çınarcık, is experiencing new developments every day. Güllü's daughter, Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter, was arrested and sent to prison for the crime of "intentional murder" following the statement of her friend Sultan Nur Ulu, who was with them on the day of the incident.
The claim that Gülter and Ulu were under the influence of drugs on the night of the incident gained significant attention, and after Güllü's son, Tuğberk Yağız Gülter, stated in his testimony to the prosecutor, "My sister and Sultan may have used drugs," hair and blood samples taken from the duo were sent to the Bursa Forensic Medicine Institution.
TUĞYAN ÜLKEM GÜLTER'S TEST RESULT CAME BACK NEGATIVE
According to journalist Merve Tokaz's report; the report prepared by the Forensic Medicine Institution indicated that no substances were detected in Gülter and Ulu's bodies. The report stated, "As a result of the analysis conducted using the methods mentioned above; no narcotic-stimulant substances or active pharmaceutical ingredients were found in our system."
THERE IS EXTERNAL FORCE AND CONTACT
In the report prepared by the expert committee that conducted the investigation and examination at the scene on October 8, it was determined that there must be "an external force and contact" that would disrupt Güllü's balance for her to fall backward.
NO SIGNS OF SUICIDE
The report also noted that the artist had taken security measures at home. Additionally, it was stated that no evidence of suicidal thoughts was found during the investigations.
ALLEGATION OF "THREATENING TO SELL HER GRANDDAUGHTER TO ORGAN MAFIA"
Güllü's close friend Özlem Kara made chilling statements regarding Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter. Kara claimed that Güllü was particularly afraid of her daughter and wary of her son, stating, "Her daughter Tuğyan threatened her by saying, 'If you don't give me money, I will sell your granddaughter Karmen to the organ mafia.'"
According to Özlem Kara's account, Güllü sometimes expressed to those around her that she felt anxious at home. Kara stated that the artist would panic when she woke up to see her daughter at the foot of her bed, and this situation created a "fear of death" for her.

Kara also claimed that Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter had a drug addiction, stating that Güllü installed cameras in various parts of the house for this reason.
Another striking claim in Özlem Kara's statements was that Güllü's ties with her children had seriously deteriorated. Kara noted that "Güllü wanted to ensure her granddaughter's safety. She had mentioned that she was considering securing her earnings, disinheriting her children, and then going on a pilgrimage. She had grown distant from her children."
CLAIM OF "TUĞYAN IS BEING FORCED TO LISTEN TO GÜLLÜ'S SONGS"
After being arrested for "intentional murder," Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter was sent to Gebze Women's Prison, where it was alleged that she was protested by the inmates in her ward. It was claimed that the inmates in the ward reacted to Gülter by playing Güllü's songs loudly.
"SHE IS NOT EATING, STRUGGLING PSYCHOLOGICALLY"
It was also reported that Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter was staying in a four-person cell, not eating, and going through a difficult psychological process.
ALLEGATION OF VIOLENCE EMERGED
On the other hand, it was also claimed that Gülter was subjected to violence during her time in Gebze Women's Prison.
SHE WAS TRANSFERRED TO SILIVRI PRISON
It was noted that Gülter's lawyer, Merve Uçanok, learned about the prison change while visiting her client in Gebze. Most recently, it was reported that Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter was transferred to Silivri Prison.
