A new development occurred in the investigation launched by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office upon the determination that the individual produced content publicly insulting religious values on social media platforms. The legal proceedings continue for the so-called influencer Fatma Soydaş, against whom a detention order was issued on charges of 'publicly insulting religious values' and who was apprehended through a swift operation by security units.
ACCESS BLOCKED TO HER ACCOUNTS
Within the scope of the investigation, not only a detention decision was made, but judicial intervention was also applied to the influencer's digital channels. In line with the decision taken by the Ankara 5th Criminal Court of Peace, access was blocked to all of Fatma Soydaş's social media accounts. In a statement made by the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it was stated, 'Investigation procedures continue meticulously.'
STATEMENT TAKEN VIA SEGBIS: ARREST REQUEST
Fatma Soydaş, who is in custody, gave her statement to the prosecutor's office via the Audio and Visual Information System (SEGBIS). After completing her statement, the prosecutor's office referred the influencer to the duty court with a request for arrest. The court will render the final decision regarding Soydaş.
