''Within the scope of the Fenerbahçe Football A.Ş. Extraordinary General Assembly held on Thursday, July 23, 2026 (today), a change has been made in the Board of Directors structure.
Mr. Mahmut Uslu has provided valuable services to our Fenerbahçe at various levels for many years and has also made significant contributions to the Football A.Ş. Board of Directors. In line with his approach to opening up duties and responsibilities for young individuals, Mr. Mahmut Uslu, who prefers not to take a role in the new term of the Football A.Ş. Board of Directors, continues his duty at Fenerbahçe Sports Club.
After today's Fenerbahçe Football A.Ş. Extraordinary General Assembly, together with the new members elected to replace the six individuals who left the previous term's Board of Directors, the Fenerbahçe Football A.Ş. Board of Directors has been formed as follows:
