In an operation carried out in 3 provinces centered in İzmir against suspects identified as members of the Fetullah Terrorist Organization (FETÖ), 49 suspects were detained, who had confirmed prison sentences and search records. SIMULTANEOUS OPERATIONS WERE CARRIED OUT IN THE MORNING HOURSWithin the scope of the investigations conducted by the İzmir Chief Public Prosecutor's Office Terror Crimes Investigation Bureau against the FETÖ/PDY Armed terrorist organization; 61 suspects were identified, whose names appeared in the files, who were found to be Bylock users, who had statements indicating they were members of the organization, and who had records in the seized digital materials indicating they were members of the organization, who were determined to be active within the current structure of the organization, and who were identified as individuals providing funding, and who were evaluated to be hiding in safe houses, and who had confirmed prison sentences and search records. Simultaneous operations were carried out this morning at addresses in the central districts of İzmir, as well as in the districts of Menemen, Menderes, Tire, and in the provinces of Niğde and Aydın to capture the suspects. WORK CONTINUES TO CAPTURE FUGITIVE SUSPECTSDuring the operation, a total of 49 suspects were detained, and during the searches conducted at the addresses, 4,645 US Dollars, 650 Euros, and 51,245 Turkish Liras, as well as a large number of digital materials and documents were seized. Efforts to capture the fugitive suspects are ongoing.
