Following the absolute nullity decision, CHP Group Chairman Özgür Özel held the party's first group meeting in Parliament. After the group meeting, Özel answered questions in a chat session with a group of journalists, including Haberler.com Ankara Representative Şerife Güzel. Here, Özel also made evaluations regarding the MYK (Central Executive Board) of Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, who was reinstated as CHP Chairman.

In response to a question about the visits of Justice Minister Akın Gürlek and Interior Minister Mustafa Çiftçi to MHP Leader Devlet Bahçeli, Özel said, \"They came to our floor. There is a Constitutional Court decision. Based on this decision, Kemal Bey needs to convene the congress. We expect the Supreme Court to make a decision as soon as possible. This stalemate can only be resolved with the Supreme Court's decision.\"
