The investigation launched by the Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office into the use of narcotics or stimulants continues. Within the scope of the investigation, teams from the Istanbul Provincial Gendarmerie Command conducted operations at 25 addresses determined in the districts of Beşiktaş, Sarıyer, Beyoğlu, Kağıthane, and Üsküdar, as well as in the province of Muğla. During the operation, 20 suspects, including famous names, were detained. The 20 suspects, whose interrogations at the Provincial Gendarmerie Command were completed, underwent health checks at the Seyrantepe Hamidiye Etfal Training and Research Hospital and were then referred to Forensic Medicine Institute units to provide blood and hair samples. Of the suspects who provided blood, hair, and urine samples, 9 were released, while 11 were referred to the courthouse, and suspect Mehmet Rahşan was arrested.
