Foreign Ministry reacts to Israel over Al-Aqsa Mosque: We condemn the provocation.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the provocation by Israeli Minister of National Security Itamar Ben-Gvir towards the Al-Aqsa Mosque and stated that the decision adopted in the Israeli Parliament rejecting the establishment of the State of Palestine is a clear indication of Israel's disregard for international law and agreements, and that it is considered null and void.

Israel, which has been carrying out genocide in Gaza for 286 days, continues its provocations against the Al-Aqsa Mosque. Itamar Ben-Gvi, Israel's far-right Minister of National Security, raided the Al-Aqsa Mosque. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the Israeli minister's provocation in a statement on its social media account.

CONDEMNATION FROM THE MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs also made a statement expressing its reaction to this provocation. The statement called on Israel to put an end to such actions that would further escalate tensions in the region and condemned the provocation carried out by Israeli security forces at the Al-Aqsa Mosque under their protection.

"With this raid, the acceptance of a decision in the Israeli Parliament rejecting the establishment of the State of Palestine is another indication that Israel disregards international law and agreements. This decision of the Israeli Parliament is null and void." The statement used the following expressions; it was emphasized that the establishment of an independent, sovereign, and geographically integral State of Palestine with its capital in East Jerusalem within the 1967 borders is a requirement of international law.

RAID ON THE AL-AQSA MOSQUE UNDER HEAVY SECURITY MEASURES

Ben Gvir, known for his discriminatory and racist comments towards Palestinians, stands out as a figure known for his provocative statements. Gvir, who entered the Al-Aqsa Mosque under the intense protection of Israeli occupation forces, had stated that he was against the ceasefire agreement in Gaza and that the Israeli army should continue its attacks.

"I CAME TO PRAY AT THE MOST IMPORTANT PLACE FOR ISRAEL"

Itamar Ben-Gvir, Israel's far-right Minister of National Security, shared the video statement he made in front of the Dome of the Rock during the raid in the morning hours on his social media account, stating that he came to pray at the most important place for Israel in order to bring back Israeli prisoners from Gaza without a random agreement.
