Former boxer claims incident regarding Mike Tyson-Jake Paul match: Rule violation occurred.

In a boxing match followed by the world, Jake Paul defeated former world heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson by decision. Following allegations that the two boxers were playing out a script, a new statement has emerged that will create a stir regarding the historic encounter. Former boxer Tony Bellew claimed that Jake Paul violated the rules against Mike Tyson.

After the match, many viewers raised allegations that the fight was staged. It was suggested that both boxers acted out a pre-written script in the ring, and it was argued that this fight should never have been allowed due to Mike Tyson being 58 years old.

Due to Tyson's age, many states in the U.S. had already denied permission for the match. Only in Texas was the match approved with certain rules in place.

The most important of these rules was that both boxers had to wear padded and heavier gloves. This way, the intensity of the punches would be reduced.

Former boxer and current boxing commentator Tony Bellew stated that Jake Paul violated this rule.

Bellew said in his post, "The gloves Mike is wearing look very padded, while Jake's are proper boxing gloves. There is a huge difference between the gloves, and I'm just watching from my bed."

Bellew, who was quite angry with Jake Paul, stated in another comment, "We need to stop this idiot [Paul]! Don't listen to him until he fights someone healthy, fit, and not a grandfather! Any decent boxer helping Paul should take care of themselves! This is really sad."

Bellew also noted that Paul did not intentionally knock out Mike Tyson.

Bellew said, "I don't like this stupid, foolish kid, but I will say this... He stopped beating Mike there and showed him some respect and honor by allowing him to survive. He didn't go for the knockout there; he jumped over him and left him as he was."
