In the Besni district of Adıyaman, during a flood event, 4 farmers were swept away by the floodwaters while trying to cross with their tractors. The farmers, who took refuge in a cave by swimming, were rescued by UMKE and gendarmerie teams. The farmers, who were reported to have no health issues, were taken to a safe area.

Due to the heavy rain that was effective in the Besni district, flooding occurred in some areas. Near the village of Dikilitaş, a tractor with the license plate 36 AL 959, whose driver has not yet been identified, attempted to cross a stream whose flow had increased due to the downpour with the four farmers. While trying to cross, M.U, H.U, Y.T., and H.A.U. in the tractor, which was caught by the floodwaters, jumped out of the vehicle and swam to a cave on their own.

NO HEALTH PROBLEMS

After the four farmers requested help, UMKE, gendarmerie, fire brigade, and health teams were dispatched to the area. The four individuals were rescued by the arriving teams and taken to a safe area. The farmers were examined on their feet by the health team. It was reported that the four farmers had no health problems.
