After being detained and released, father Arif Güran answered questions from the press. During a live broadcast on CNN Türk, he targeted journalist Ferit Demir. Meanwhile, Fulya Öztürk, who tried to intervene from the studio, could not prevent Ferit Demir from being targeted by the father.

The investigation into the murder of Narin Güran (8), who went missing on August 21 in Tavşantepe neighborhood of Bağlar district in Diyarbakır and whose lifeless body was found in Eğertutmaz Stream on September 8, is still ongoing by the Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. Arif Güran, the father who was detained as part of the investigation and released after his statement at the prosecutor's office yesterday, answered questions as a guest on CNN Türk live broadcast.

"THIS MUCH LIES ARE UNACCEPTABLE"

Arif Güran, who stated that he believes his daughter was killed by Nevzat Bahtiyar, strongly criticized journalist Ferit Demir, who has been reporting on the developments in the village since the first day. In a part of his statement, Father Güran criticized Ferit Demir by saying, "This much false news is unacceptable."

"YOU ARE PORTRAYING US BADLY, ISN'T IT A SHAME?"

Although Fulya Öztürk tried to prevent Güran from mentioning names, Father Güran continued his words and said, "Ferit Demir, you came here on the first day. You said that we are from the same hometown, and I said, 'you are my pride.' They all came for my daughter. We never spoke a single bad word to this person. You are portraying us badly by doing interviews 3-5 kilometers outside the village. Isn't it a shame? After all, we are human beings. What right do you have to do this just to make two news?"
