The Galatasaray management, reacting to the referee decisions in the Fenerbahçe derby, has taken action to submit a comprehensive file regarding Yasin Kol to the Turkish Football Federation (TFF). Dursun Özbek and Abdullah Kavukcu met with the TFF today.
After the Fenerbahçe–Galatasaray derby ended in a 1-1 draw, referee Yasin Kol's management sparked a strong reaction within the yellow-red community. Galatasaray's management has initiated an official process regarding the controversial decisions.
DURSUN ÖZBEK AND ABDULLAH KAVUKCU WENT TO TFF
Galatasaray President Dursun Özbek and Deputy Chairman of Sportif AŞ Abdullah Kavukcu visited the Turkish Football Federation at 14:00 to meet with the officials. The main agenda of the meeting was the referee management in the derby.
ALL CONTROVERSIAL POSITIONS ARE BEING ADDED TO THE FILE
It has been learned that Galatasaray's management is preparing a comprehensive file containing all the controversial decisions made by Yasin Kol during the derby.
It was stated that the file will particularly include the following headings:
- Decisions by referee Yasin Kol that are considered erroneous
- VAR interventions and missing interventions
- Jhon Duran's controversial action
- Videos and images related to the disputed positions
- This file will be officially submitted to TFF.

After the derby, Galatasaray's head coach Okan Buruk and second president Metin Öztürk made very harsh statements regarding the referee management. Following these statements, the club's management decided to take concrete action.
