Galatasaray's statement is as follows:

"In reference to our KAP announcement dated 30.07.2025, our application to the Capital Markets Board regarding the amendment of our company's articles of association, which shows our issued capital of 13,500,000,000.-TL, has been approved by the Board on 06.08.2025, in accordance with the 2nd paragraph of Article 12 of the II-18.1 Registered Capital System Communiqué.

An application will be made to the Trade Registry Office for the registration and announcement of the amendment of our company's articles of association in accordance with the 7th paragraph of Article 18 of the Capital Markets Law. We respectfully announce to the public."
