Trabzonspor's head coach Fatih Tekke spoke after their Ziraat Turkey Cup semi-final match, where they defeated Göztepe 2-0, securing their place in the final against Galatasaray. Tekke stated that they achieved a well-deserved victory and acknowledged that Galatasaray rightfully reached the final, saying, "They have very good players, but we will prepare for this match in terms of emotion and gameplay. After defeating Göztepe 2-0 in the semi-finals, Trabzonspor's head coach Fatih Tekke made statements following the match that took them to the final. Tekke, who did not want to talk about the referee of the match, made a confession regarding their final opponent, Galatasaray.

Fatih Tekke stated, "It was a tough match, but we achieved a deserved victory. Let it be a gift to all of us, a game above good.
