In the Güdül district of Ankara, a son-in-law shot and killed his father-in-law and mother-in-law with a pistol during a family dispute. An investigation has been launched into the suspect, who was taken into custody after the incident.
A family dispute in the Güdül district of Ankara turned into a bloody incident resulting in the loss of two lives.
The incident occurred in Güneyce Mahallesi. According to allegations, during a family argument, the son-in-law, whose name has not yet been learned, fired a gun he had at his father-in-law Yakup K. (48) and mother-in-law Emine K. (48).
COUPLE DIED AT THE SCENE
Upon reports from those who heard the gunshots, police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. Medical teams determined that Yakup K. and Emine K. had lost their lives.
The suspect son-in-law, who sustained minor injuries during the scuffle, was taken into custody by police.
INVESTIGATION CONTINUES
The bodies of the deceased couple were laid to rest at Sincan Cemetery after autopsy procedures.
An investigation initiated by the Beypazarı Chief Public Prosecutor's Office into the incident is ongoing.
