With the 91 MPs leaving CHP along with Özgür Özel to form the New Party, the new arrangement in the Turkish Grand National Assembly has become a subject of curiosity. While it has been learned that the New Party is preparing to hold its group meeting in the large hall where CHP has always held its group meetings, a sign featuring the New Party logo was seen being taken into the hall.
With Özgür Özel, 91 deputies who left the CHP changed the balance in the Turkish Grand National Assembly by establishing the 'New Party'. With these resignations, the New Party became the second largest group in the Parliament, while the CHP, with a reduced number of seats, experienced a major loss of power as the main opposition.
THE LARGE HALL HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED TO THE NEW PARTY
With the arrangement made according to the new deputy numbers, the largest group hall in the Parliament, where the CHP had held its group meetings for years, was transferred to the New Party. It was observed that a sign bearing the New Party logo was taken to the hall.
Meanwhile, according to a report by Özgecan Özgenç from Medyascope, Özgür Özel will come to the hall where he bid farewell to the CHP last week as the General Chairman of the New Party this week. The New Party will hold its group meetings on Tuesdays at 11:45.
THERE IS A CLOSED GROUP MEETING THIS WEEK
