Sharing details about the massive infrastructure, technical facilities, and top-level security measures at the center, where approximately 3,500 media members are expected, Güzel stated that everything has been considered for the intense work of the world press in Ankara.
Preparations have been completed for the NATO Summit, which will be hosted by Turkey in the capital city of Ankara. Approximately 3,500 media representatives from around the world will be accommodated at the International Media Center established at the National Library within the Presidential Complex. The summit is considered to be the one with the "highest level and most crowded participation."

STRICT SECURITY AND MODERN WORKING AREAS
Şerife Güzel, sharing her impressions from the vast media center created in the National Library within the Presidential Complex, reported that the preparations at the site have been flawlessly completed.
Stating that security measures are at the highest level, Güzel noted that entry to the center is ensured through strict physical searches, digital checks, and matching accreditation cards with identification.
Bringing the large working areas prepared for media members on the 6th floor of the library to the screen, Güzel stated that the desks are equipped with advanced technological infrastructure, uninterrupted electricity, and internet facilities. Emphasizing that unlimited food and beverage services are available in relaxation and dining halls at various points of the area, Güzel said that the terraces and balconies overlooking Ankara are designed both as live broadcast points and relaxation areas.
DESKS ALREADY RESERVED
Referring to the intensity surrounding the summit, Şerife Güzel emphasized that even though the official program of the leaders and the announcements of the NATO Secretary General have not yet begun, the working desks have already been reserved by international press organizations. Güzel stated that in the summit, whose participation level was also noted by the Directorate of Communications, the occupancy rate is expected to reach its peak in the coming hours, leading to significant activity at the center.
MASSIVE INFRASTRUCTURE: 1,800 WORKSPACES, 11 PRESS ROOMS
Host Melis Yaşar shared the following details regarding the technical capacity of the International Media Center during the live broadcast:
Workspaces and Broadcast Points: The center includes 1,800 workspaces, 40 editing rooms, and over 100 live broadcast points, 54 of which are fixed.
Press Rooms: A total of 11 separate press conference rooms have been prepared, with the largest having a capacity of 500 people.
Staff Support: A large media task force of 850 people has been established in Ankara to meet the needs of journalists.
Broadcast Infrastructure: TRT, the host broadcaster of the summit, will provide uninterrupted coverage from 26 different points of the complex using 96 cameras and 18 live broadcast vehicles.
It is expected that approximately 3,500 accredited media members will use the center throughout the summit.
UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS WITH "POOL SYSTEM"
Clarifying the issue of delivering news content to global media, Şerife Güzel stated that press conferences of leaders will be transmitted instantly to both national and international broadcasters via the "pool" system. Güzel added that images from bilateral meetings and closed-door sessions held by heads of state will also be distributed to the world media by NATO through the pool system, ensuring no disruptions in image access.
