Ebyad reported that the number of deaths in Israel's attacks on Lebanese towns and villages has risen to 558, while the number of injured has reached 1835.

HEZBOLLAH ANNOUNCED IT TARGETED AN ISRAELI MILITARY BASE

Hezbollah's recent statements drew attention to the phrase "to protect Lebanon and its people." The Lebanese Hezbollah announced that it targeted the Nimra base, which is affiliated with the Israeli army's northern command, with rockets, and the Eliakim base south of Haifa with "Fadi-2" type missiles. Additionally, Hezbollah announced that it targeted the Shimshon military base near the city of Nazareth in northern Israel with the "Fadi-3" missile, which it used for the first time from its inventory. Due to rockets fired from Lebanon, attack alarms went off in settlements around the coastal city of Haifa. Following the explosions caused by missiles fired from Israeli air defense systems, sounds of explosions were heard, and smoke was seen in the sky. The Israeli police spokesperson stated in a written statement that some parts of the rockets destroyed in the air fell into the Krayot settlement near Haifa and the northern coastal city of Akka and the Western Galilee region, causing damage to some vehicles near Akka. On social media, images were shared showing rockets fired from Lebanon hitting open areas in some northern locations. Israeli media reported that approximately 60 rockets were fired from Lebanon in the last hour, and a total of about 160 rockets during the day.
