A breathtaking rescue operation in Avcılar was captured on camera. A woman struggling in the sea was rescued at the last moment by dolphin police officers who sprang into action after nearby citizens reported the incident.
CITIZENS REQUESTED HELP FROM POLICE
The incident occurred in the rocky area of the Denizköşkler neighborhood coastline. Citizens who saw D.S. fall into the sea stopped a vehicle belonging to the dolphin police patrolling the area and asked for help.
RESCUED WHILE STRUGGLING IN THE WATER
One of the police officers on the team who responded to the report reached the woman floundering in the water, grabbed her by the hand, and pulled her to shore. The other officer notified the medical teams.
The woman, who was taken out of the rocks, was handed over to the 112 Emergency Health teams shortly after they arrived at the scene. D.S., who underwent a health check, was transported to the hospital by ambulance.
