In Kahramanmaraş, Muhammet Ali Köşker confessed that he killed his father Süleyman Köşker by cutting his throat with a knife he took from the kitchen in the early morning. Köşker, who fled the scene and was captured injured, stated in his testimony, "He was lying alone in bed, my mother was in the bathroom. I jumped on my father and cut his throat with the knife I had in my hand. I don't remember what came to my mind at that moment to do such a thing."
The statement of Muhammet Ali Köşker, who killed his father Süleyman Köşker by cutting his throat in Kahramanmaraş, has emerged. Köşker said, “I took a kitchen knife from the kitchen while everyone was sleeping in the early morning and went to my father's bedroom. He was sleeping alone in bed, my mother was in the bathroom. I jumped on my father and cut his throat with the knife I had in my hand.”
The incident occurred the day before in the Boğaziçi neighborhood of the central Onikişubat district. Drug-addicted barber Muhammet Ali Köşker killed his father Süleyman Köşker by cutting his throat with a knife. After fleeing the scene, Muhammet Ali Köşker was caught by the police. Köşker, who cut his hand during the incident, was taken to the hospital. After his treatment, Muhammet Ali Köşker was arrested by the court he was brought to at the courthouse.

In his interrogation, Köşker confessed to his crime and calmly recounted the murder, stating that he had not used drugs after being treated at AMATEM and that he had no psychological problems. Köşker said, “He has been cursing me for years, bothering me. I did not trust him. He always had secret dealings. I couldn't sleep the night of the incident, I listened to music. In the early morning, while everyone was sleeping, I took a kitchen knife from the kitchen and went to my father's bedroom. He was sleeping alone in bed, my mother was in the bathroom. I jumped on my father and cut his throat with the knife I had in my hand.”

Describing how his siblings came into the room after hearing the noises, Köşker recounted what happened next: "I also ran away in shock from the incident, I went up to the roof to commit suicide. I changed my mind about suicide and came back down, I looked at my father and saw that he was alive. I went out to the street and the police caught me down there. Since I also cut my own hand during the incident, they took me to the hospital. After my treatments there, I was brought here. After seeing that my mother went to the bathroom, I took a knife from the kitchen and went to Süleyman Köşker. I had no intention of killing Süleyman Köşker before, I don't remember what came to my mind at that moment to do such a thing.”
