In Adana, 10-year-old İlyas Ege Bolat and his 7-year-old brother Miraç Bolat, who reportedly fell into an irrigation canal, lost their lives. The bodies of the Bolat brothers were taken to Kabasakal Cemetery for burial after the autopsy.
Two brothers, who reportedly fell into an irrigation channel in Adana, drowned and lost their lives.
THEY LOST THEIR BALANCE AND FELL INTO THE WATER
The incident occurred in the Büyükdikili neighborhood of the central Seyhan district. According to reports, İlyas Ege Bolat (10) and his brother Miraç Bolat (7) lost their balance and fell into the water while approaching a shepherd grazing sheep near the irrigation channel yesterday evening.
LIFELESS BODIES WERE PULLED FROM THE WATER
Upon notification, police and medical teams were dispatched to the area. Medical teams, along with bystanders and police, determined that the two brothers had died after being pulled from the water. The lifeless bodies of the children were taken to the Adana Forensic Medicine Institute morgue for autopsy.
The bodies, collected from there by their relatives, were taken to Kabasakal Cemetery for burial.
