A dispute between a father and his son in the Çınar district of Diyarbakır ended in murder. 34-year-old M.D. caused the death of his father, Nesih Deniz, by shooting him with a pistol. The suspect, who fled after the incident, was caught by gendarmerie teams in a vineyard in the neighborhood and taken into custody.
In the incident that occurred in the Çınar district of Diyarbakır, 63-year-old Nesih Deniz lost his life after being shot with a pistol by his son.
The incident took place in the rural Ağaçsever neighborhood of Çınar district last evening. According to claims, a dispute broke out between Nesih Deniz and his son M.D. (34) for an unknown reason.
HE DIED AT THE HOSPITAL
During the argument, which quickly escalated, M.D. fired a pistol at his father. Upon notification from those nearby, health and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the scene for the severely injured Nesih Deniz.
Deniz, who was taken to the hospital after initial intervention by health teams, could not be saved despite all efforts by the doctors.
CAUGHT IN A VINEYARD
The suspect M.D., who fled after the incident, was caught in a vineyard in the neighborhood and taken into custody as a result of the gendarmerie teams' work.
Nesih Deniz's body was taken to the Forensic Medicine Institute morgue for autopsy procedures, while the investigation into the incident continues.
