In Gaziantep, Osman Kaplan shot and killed his wife during an argument. The suspect, who told relatives about the situation and said, "Report it," has been taken into custody. An investigation has been launched regarding the incident.
A chilling incident occurred in the rural Yeşilyurt neighborhood of İslahiye district in Gaziantep in the early hours of the morning. According to reports, a dispute broke out between Ayşe Kaplan (40), a mother of four who fled to Kayseri due to severe marital discord, and her husband Osman Kaplan (45), who brought her back home.
HUSBAND KILLED HIS WIFE WITH A SHOTGUN
During the escalating argument, Osman Kaplan shot his wife Ayşe Kaplan with a shotgun. Afterward, the assailant husband informed his relatives and requested them to notify the gendarmerie. Following a report made by his relatives to the 112 Emergency Call Center, gendarmerie and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. Upon arrival, medical teams confirmed that Ayşe Kaplan, who had been shot in the head, had lost her life.
MURDER SUSPECT HUSBAND TAKEN INTO CUSTODY
The body was taken to the Gaziantep Forensic Medicine Institute morgue after the investigations at the scene were completed. The murder suspect husband, Osman Kaplan, was taken into custody by gendarmerie teams. A comprehensive investigation into the incident has been launched.
