WHAT HAPPENED?
Last week, television presenters Ela Rumeysa Cebeci, Hande Sarıoğlu, and Meltem Acet were detained and gave statements as part of the ongoing investigation. After providing blood and hair samples at the Forensic Medicine Institute, all three were released after the completion of procedures related to the "drug use" allegations against them. In the second phase of the operation, many individuals, including actors, singers, and influencers, were called to give statements. While most of their tests came back negative, some individuals who tested positive claimed it was due to prescription medications. The investigation is expanding under TCK Articles 188 and 191. Based on the analysis of the digital evidence obtained, it is expected that new individuals will be called to give statements in the coming days.
