It was learned that the couple wanted to divorce but the process was prolonged due to a disagreement over alimony, and the suspect committed the incident for this reason.

WANDERED AROUND FOR A WHILE, THEN PULLED THE TRIGGER SUCCESSIVELY
The incident occurred yesterday evening on Ertan Street in Akpınar District. According to the information obtained, Reşat G. and his wife Gurbet G. decided to divorce. Although both wanted to separate, a dispute arose between the couple over 'alimony' payment. Enraged by the escalation of the alimony crisis, Reşat G. arrived in front of the house where Gurbet G. lives yesterday evening. After wandering around the house for a while, Reşat G. fired 2 shots toward the house with the pistol he had brought. While neighborhood residents panicked upon hearing the gunshots, the suspect quickly fled the scene. Fortunately, no one was killed or injured in the incident. Upon notification, crime scene investigation teams dispatched to the area yesterday conducted a detailed examination on the street and secured the empty casings.
CAUGHT WHERE HE FLED
After the armed attack, a comprehensive operation was launched by Bolu Provincial Police Department teams to capture the suspect who had gone missing. Through technical and physical surveillance, the address where Reşat G. had fled and was hiding was identified. With a successful operation carried out by police teams, the suspect husband was caught and taken into custody.
The suspect's procedures at the police station are ongoing.
