The terrible accident that occurred in the evening hours in Sapanca brought devastation to a family home. Three-year-old Cihangir Nalbantoğlu, who was playing with his bicycle by the roadside, lost his life after being hit by a car.
Cihangir Nalbantoğlu, a 3-year-old boy struck by a car in the Sapanca district of Sakarya, lost his life in the hospital despite all interventions.
The accident occurred in the evening hours on Ünlüce Street in Göl Neighborhood. According to the information obtained, a car driven by M.K. (47) hit 3-year-old Cihangir Nalbantoğlu, who was playing with his bicycle by the roadside. The young child, thrown several meters by the force of the impact, was seriously injured.
SAD NEWS FROM THE HOSPITAL
Health and police teams were dispatched to the scene upon the notification of those around. After initial intervention at the scene, the unfortunate child was taken to Sapanca State Hospital by ambulance but could not be saved despite all efforts of the doctors and succumbed to his injuries.
While Cihangir's relatives rushed to the hospital upon receiving the sad news, the car driver M.K. was taken into custody by police teams. A comprehensive investigation into the accident is ongoing.
