The statement of the 17-year-old boy who went into a frenzy and killed his mother, father, sister, and grandmother with a gun in the same house in Eyüpsultan has emerged. HE WENT INTO A RAGE AND KILLED HIS FAMILY
The incident occurred around 10:30 PM in Derin Street, Akşemsettin Neighborhood, Eyüpsultan, where 43-year-old Mehmet Yenigün, his 42-year-old wife Aysun Yenigün, their 13-year-old daughter Zilan Yenigün, and 71-year-old grandmother Fatma İnce were found dead in their home. A large number of health and police teams were dispatched to the scene upon notification. As a result of the investigations, it was revealed that the person who killed the family was their son, B.Y.
HE WAS CAUGHT IN BURSA
After shooting and killing his mother, father, sister, and grandmother, B.Y. fled but was caught in Bursa as a result of the police's technical tracking. It was determined that B.Y. was under 18 years old, and it was learned that he surrendered to the police as soon as he saw them and confessed to his crime.

In his initial statement, the boy claimed he killed his family for gold, but his later statement shocked everyone. According to Ekol TV's report, B.Y., who fell in love with a woman 20 years older than him whom he met on social media, asked his father for gold to live with the woman. When his father refused to give him the gold, a dispute broke out. In a fit of rage, B.Y. silenced his family, who disapproved of his relationship, by attaching a silencer to the gun and killed them. It is unknown where B.Y. obtained the firearm.
